Home Remedies and Natural Skin Products that Help Dissolve Warts
A wart is formed when cells grow abnormally in any given place on the body. Warts are quite common and are caused by a viral infection, which also makes them contagious. Warts can disappear after awhile, but they can also recur.
There are various types of warts that vary in size, shape and affected area. These common warts often include plantar warts, flat warts, filiform warts, genital warts, mosaic warts, and periungual warts. Most of these warts are caused by Type 1, 2, and 3 HP viruses.
Fortunately, treatment options are basically the same for all cases. The most common and effective treatment for wart removal is salicylic acid. It can take up to 3 months to remove a wart using this form of treatment.
Another type of treatment that is often used to help remove warts is cryosurgery. You will require three sessions, at least, to remove a common wart with cryosurgery, however, if you want to remove foot warts then you'll require at least a dozen.
Electrodissection is another viable way of removing a wart. This type of procedure uses a heated, metal probe to remove the abnormal growth. Surgical curettage (or scraping) may also be used to remove warts.
Some natural skin products and home remedies can also help you eliminate warts in a gentler manner.
Apply aloe vera juice directly to the wart. This product will not only help dissolve warts, but it will also help tone up the skin.
Foods containing proteolytic enzymes also work against warts. Papayas, banana peels, pineapples and figs contain these enzymes, which also help dissolve warts in a gentle manner. Simply mash up the fruit or peel, apply it to the area, and tape a bandage around it.
Milkweed is a weed that can be used to remove warts. The fresh sap is applied directly to the wart once, every day. This is possible because the sap is non-irritating and won't harm the surrounding skin.
Like most skin problems, changing your diet can be a huge benefit. By eating more asparagus, citrus fruits, eggs, garlic and onions, you will increase the amount of sulfur in your diet. This helps reduce the appearance of warts.
Keep in mind that most wart treatments (with the exception of dissection) are lengthy, so you must be patient and consistent. Luckily, warts can be treated fairly easily, however, if they do recur you can still use a natural form of removal that we have yet to mention.
Warts treatments may include a variety of different treatments such as salicylic acid, cryotherapy and electrodissection, however, another viable solution can be found in BIOSKINCARE, a natural skin care cream that can be used for warts removal. This is possible because BIOSKINCARE contains snail serum, a potent, natural ingredients known to help promote healthy skin regeneration and the dissolution of damaged and abnormal tissue.
